ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Department: Sales
Description
Responsible for pre-sales prospecting, targeting, developing, and qualifying prospective customers for potential mortgage interest savings and educating clients in advanced techniques of investment protection within the MaxHouse organization. Including new market penetration, calling on qualified homeowners, webinar and event follow-up, interfacing with other AE’s for pin-pointing top quality candidates.
Preferred Qualifications
4-year degree
Sales experience, either inside or field
Consistent over-achievement in past positions
Technically adept, self-motivated, and driven by results
Past success in call-list building and prioritizing skills
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with all respective customers
Maintain professional relationships that meet our core values and culture

IT DEVELOPER
Department: IT Solution Development
Interact with business units to understand and document their needs related to the BI and DW space. Develop, implement, maintain, and improve BI and data warehouse associated processes and standards. Model and develop Data Warehouse and BI enhancements based on project and ad hoc driven requirements. Educate and mentor users in BI tools capability and usage as well as provide guidance in data mining. Design and implement information radiators for end user usage (reports, queries, OLAP, dashboards).
Requirements:
*Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline;
*7+ years experience working in IT data related positions;
*5+ years experience working in Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence related positions;
*Strong working knowledge of BI / Data Warehouse best practices;
*Experience establishing BI / DW processes and methodologies;
*Experience and understanding of reconciliations and audits in ETL processes to assure accuracy of processes;
*Experience creating ETL solutions using MS SSIS (or DTS);
*Expert level SQL skills;
*Experience with SQL Server 2000/2005;
*Experience with Analysis Services 2000/2005, OLAP and Cubes;
*Experience managing MS Report Services and creating and publishing reports within this tool a plus;
*Experience with MS Performance Point Server / Proclarity a big plus;
*Ability to adapt to a constant and rapidly changing environment;
